As proclaimed in the membership meeting on April 19, 2011, we have an opportunity to purchase a 5 acre parcel of land which is directly south of QCHS on Wallbridge-Loyalist Rd.

The purchase conditions set with this property are as follows: $80,000 down payment by September 1, 2011 with the remaining balance of $140,000 being held by the vendor at 1% above prime.

Our intent is to raise $80,000 before September 1, 2011 and the remaining amount by September 1, 2012. We also require roof repairs on our existing building in the amount of $40,000 by September 1, 2011.
